Refund and cancellation policy

All payments are final and no refunds are given. Lakshyank sells digital access (practice questions, tests, ranks and teaching tools). Once a plan is bought, it starts straight away, so we cannot take it back or return the money, whether you have used it or not.

What this means

• No refund is given for a Warrior plan, a school or coaching plan, or any renewal, in full or in part, including for unused days.
• You can stop at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and we do not charge you again unless you buy again.
• Please look at the free sample tests and practice questions before you pay, to be sure Lakshyank suits you.

If something went wrong

If you were charged twice for the same plan, or money left your account but your plan did not start, write to us with the transaction ID. We will fix it by starting the plan, or by returning the extra amount for a duplicate payment.
