Delete your account

What is erased

• Your sign-in, name, email address, date of birth and profile.
• Your exams, answers, test attempts, ranks, ratings and problem reports.
• Your school or coaching memberships, groups, and a parent's consent record.
• The phones that receive your notifications.

What stays

• Payment records, without your name or email, because tax and accounting law requires them.
• If you are a teacher, the tests and questions you created stay for the students who use them, shown as written by "Deleted user".

This cannot be undone. A plan you paid for ends with the account, and the refund policy still applies. More details are in the privacy policy.
